Who is CourseSteward for?

Who is CourseSteward Solo for?
Solo is designed for independent, owner-led and smaller training providers where one person manages CourseSteward. Solo means one CourseSteward user, not one instructor — you can manage unlimited instructors, including subcontract instructors.
What is included in Solo?
Solo includes one CourseSteward user, unlimited instructors, unlimited customers, delegates, courses and bookings, plus the booking diary, instructor allocation, company course catalogue, training records, company-branded certificates, certificate history, expiry and refresher management, company branding and core business dashboard and oversight.
What happens when my business grows?
You can upgrade from Solo to Starter when additional staff need their own CourseSteward access. Your existing customers, bookings, delegates, instructors, records, certificates and history remain in the same CourseSteward company account.
Do I need to install software?
No. CourseSteward is web-based and is accessed through your browser.
What happens to my existing records?
Your CourseSteward workspace gives you a structured place to begin bringing your business records together. The best setup approach will depend on how your existing information is currently stored.
Is my company's information kept separate?
CourseSteward is designed as a multi-company platform with separate company workspaces and access controls.

What is Founder Membership?
Founder Membership is a separate limited early programme for selected training providers. It is not a Solo package and its existing Founder access and pricing benefits remain separate from the standard CourseSteward package ladder.

Yes. CourseSteward is designed so businesses can move between Solo, Starter, Professional and Premium as their team and operational requirements develop, without moving to a different system.
Is CourseSteward still being developed?
Yes. CourseSteward is in active development and real-world testing. Features will continue to evolve as the platform is refined.
